Asparagus transplant: β Success! Learning as we go and decided to fill in these walkways to make giant asparagus beds that don’t need to be mowed, and trimming them with wood to help maintain the beds π we’ve got ~700 plants in, so hopefully we’ll have a beautiful crop of asparagus to share next year π€

After @jbsheetmetalltd shared our custom flood tables at their shop, we wanted to show them in action! π± We are a low-plastic farm, and these tables allow us to efficiently bottom water trays of soil cubes. This means the only plastic we’re using from seed to field this year is the trays!
